For those who do not like to carry wallets, there are other leather goods and wallet alternatives such as our popular money clips. There are a wide variety of money clip wallets such as magnetic money clips, hinged money clips, money clips with credit card cases, and many more. Some men prefer to carry credit card holders with their money folded to conserve space in their pockets. ID holders are nice alternative as well as you only carry the necessary items you need.
Nowadays, I pretty much use, again, this wallet right here, my money clip. And occasionally, when we travel, I use this one. I will say these big wallets though, you've got to be careful because you're going to find that you're not used to using something this big and you may, and I've done this numerous times, I've left it on the ticket counter, walked away, probably got — and I don't know, maybe feet and I realized, “Oh my gosh.” I left the wallet, ran back. Everytime it's been that, I've been very fortunate.
While the top review on Amazon suggests that there are quality issues, several members of the Insider Picks team, including myself, have been using the Bellroy Slim Sleeve as a go-to wallet for months or years without a problem. That, combined with the fact that the wallet has 4.5 stars over all and overwhelmingly positive reviews, suggests that the one user's experience may have been an anomaly. https://i.pinimg.com/236x/ab/8f/c1/ab8fc1449d794d9676f780e381ffda65.jpg
But now here you can see my billfold — or I'm sorry, my money clip. And what I've got here of course is my money and I got my driver's license and a credit card. And this goes in my front pocket and it won't appear right there, it stays out of the way, it doesn't have much for profile. And that's the best way to not get a mark on the back of your pants because you do not want to have the George Costanza wallet. Just do a search you're going to see the image of the George Costanza wallet. No. You do not want that. What you want is a classic wallet. https://i.pinimg.com/originals/fd/f6/b5/fdf6b57deb5c1fe5f36a79ee01e89295.jpg
The M-Clip V series falls into the latter category. If you're looking for a money clip, you can do no better. More than just a simple folded piece of metal, the V series has an opening mechanism. To add or remove something, you just slide the lever bars back, making the clip look a bit like a clothes pin. You pinch them to open the clip, and when you're done, slide them back down to close it. https://i.pinimg.com/280x280_RS/f6/f9/cf/f6f9cf6fbd27922fd2cdb7883cf66704.jpg
Bellroy is another popular option in this range, with high-quality leather and super slim profiles. What's more, their products come in a number of bright natural dyes like blue, burnt orange, and green, in addition to more traditional black and brown. Both their High Line and Low Down billfolds (around $80 each) can fit flat bills and two to 10 cards. Their Slim Sleeve (also around $80) is the smallest of these options, but requires folding up your bills. While they don't have Saddleback's 100-year warranty, they will cover you for three years. https://i.pinimg.com/236x/f8/da/25/f8da25e07b5f359910e83dae791ead7d--thirty-one-stand-tall-bin-thirty-one-camping.jpg

But you probably want to – one thing that was really nice about this casual wallet is it had a land, you know, basically a string that I could just put this thing around my neck. And I know it looks silly but it's a lot – I don't mind looking silly and always having my wallet on me versus looking great and losing all of my money and all of my IDs and having to cancel my trip. https://i.pinimg.com/280x280_RS/36/7e/36/367e36f0986fc6fc91af4a67c305918f.jpg

Now, if you're traveling a lot, and you're not necessarily in a suit, let's say you're in a little bit more casual gear, you don't want to go for a wallet like that. You actually need to carry a bit more. You can go for a three-fold wallet. And most of my wallets are made by Sams, and that by the way, good company. I think, I mean, they specialized in making this. And this one right here is more casual. It's made from lighter material. I used to use this one whenever I would travel very casually, a number of years ago. And you know, not only it will fit a passport, you can put your driver's license, you can put multiple other pieces of paper, your ticket, a few dollars, various amounts of money. Okay.

Insider Picks' choice for the number one wallet is the Bellroy Slim Sleeve. Of course, we realize that different people have different needs, so we've researched and tested plenty of other options. Below, take a look at the best men's wallets you can find for less than $100. We've listed choices for all kinds of users, including subway commuters, people who don't use cash that often, and people who want to go full-minimalist with a money clip. https://i.pinimg.com/originals/38/50/d8/3850d8ed900c771b7eddbd02488b62db.jpg
Now that I travel with the family and I carry quite a bit. I carry not only my passport but my kids' passports, my wife's passport, multiple tickets, you know, baby pacifiers – no, actually they don't fit in this. But you can see this is my big travel wallet. And it looks nice. It holds a lot of information – credit cards, passports. It got zippers. So if I want to carry some loose change or I've got, you know, something small – I actually… https://i.pinimg.com/236x/60/91/4c/60914c3007c594003c5dc03492a50a39--thirty-one-bags-thirty-one-gifts.jpg
You wouldn't wear the same boots in mid-winter as you would in the heart of summer, so consider scaling down your billfold for the season too. A slimmer wallet will save your shorts from sagging when there are no alternative coat pockets and improve your posture too—hours of sitting on a Costanza wallet can really screw up your spine alignment in the long run. Dot it, for your health. https://i.pinimg.com/236x/7c/e3/08/7ce308a5027c4d0e2dac61aeff8b0e9e.jpg
Wallets are no exception. I think I've tried out more wallets than I can count. To be fair, it's hard to find a "perfect" wallet for every situation. In the winter when you're wearing a heavy coat, you can keep a hefty wallet in a breast pocket, while in the summer you need something that can fit in the pocket of a pair of jeans or shorts. If you're going to a wedding or meeting, you might want something that keeps a slim profile in a suit, while you might also need something that can fit cash for tipping at a bar or valet. And of course, you want to avoid being the next George Costanza. https://i.pinimg.com/236x/81/22/0f/81220f34da1649f1e3284b2da04a1ea1---gifts-thirty-one-gifts.jpg?b
