I will always love 31 I love some of the prints they come out with and if you just order them as they are the prices are not to bad but if you do want their signature products with your monogram initials or whatever on them it does jump the price considerably. I don’t order as much as I did when they were new but I have to say the large totes are super handy and really last a long time they are put together well and made to last! https://i.pinimg.com/originals/bd/62/18/bd621852fe8360fcbeeb308cfbd628e1.jpg
I purchased a now discontinued bag only to have the nylon lining pull away from the zipper after only a few months. I later purchased the cross body bag to have the lining rip out in the same place in even less time. I did get the bag replaced to have the nylon lining rip out once again after less than 2 months. Obviously, the nylon lining is extremely cheap and continuing to replace the bag is not going to solve the issue. https://i.ytimg.com/vi/FUoXjmqMjZI/hqdefault.jpg?sqp
I came across your article today and I would like to know if you personlly have used both versions, the cheap and Thirty One? I’ve been with the company 6 years now and have to say every penny I’ve spent has been worth it. I still have the first two Large a Utility Totes I bought 6 years ago and use them. Just because it’s cheaper that doesn’t mean it is better. Thirty Ones products actually hold up pretty well. I admit like any other company we do have some problems from time to time but they are good at helping customers fix these issues. You have a 90 day warrrenty and sometimes even after that they help. http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-Q_JoX5lteKU/TuEoID_mDvI/AAAAAAAAC0U/MMY6XLAW4Dg/s400/Essie+nail+color.png
I am very pleased with the studio thirty-one clutch! This particular one is a Hostess Exclusive- but the classic and modern body style studio 31 purses can be purchased by anyone and are the same concept. Option of length, texture, & color of your purse strap, the flap, and body style lets you be your own designer! The quality is comparable to that of a coach or vera bradely yet not as large of a price tag. I personally prefer the simple yet classic elegance of a script or swirl monogram embroidery. I would absolutely reccomend to family & friends!
I actually use this tote as a diaper bag, I have two children in diapers and it really works great for that. Aside from the way I use it, I think it's an over all great bag. A few issues: the elastic pockets on the sides seem to have lost their tension already, I don't put anything large or heavy in them to cause this, also the pocket in the back.. Wish it was larger, I don't really see the point of the zipper in the bottom of the pocket. The only other issue I have is the straps, wish they had some sort of padding on them, they tend to be a little hard on your hands if you're carrying anything heavy.

I have been obsessed with Thirty-One products for a few years now, and I love the styles and many of their patterns. The only downside is that the products are made in (sadly) China, and that strongly disappoints me (especially for the kinds of prices they charge). If Thirty-One was made here in the States, then they might would get more business and support. However, I own several Thirty-One items that have been really good (and still use them quite a bit). I especially love their zipper pouches (both small and large) and Large Utility Totes. A few of my items have developed flaws (two of my LUTs have cracks on the insides and a couple of my purses have zippers that have turned rusty-looking), but it's nothing very serious. That being said, I will continue to purchase from them. Just wish they made their products in the U.S.A.... http://sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-ash2/hs590.ash2/154294_166655810040774_166391210067234_324733_5543428_n.jpg
