Aubrey – I have two 31 Utility Totes, two bags from Amazon and one from Walmart. The bags from Amazon are cheaper than 31 bags but are every bit as good in terms of quality. Further, the Walmart bag cost the least but, in my opinion, is the best bag. The only downside is there aren’t many fabric choices. Also, I had another 31 bag that I bought as a work bag, it was expensive and it fell apart. I do like the 31 bags (I think the fabric is pretty) but I would rather save money. http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/41duKeBi%2BSL._SL500_SS500_.jpg
Internally the “Auto EQ” algorithm compares the average peak level of the frequency bands with each of the bands and computes the necessary gain to apply to the EQ to bring the level of that specific band to match with the one of a carefully designed ideal response. This sounds complicated but it’s actually very effective in automatically balancing the frequency content of the mix. http://sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-snc4/hs311.snc4/40901_481488281756_307981286756_6713620_2850505_n.jpg
The second algorithm is more complex and continuously look at the level of each frequency band and consequently updates the equalizer to reduce masking and keep the track balanced in ever single moment. If you use the plugin with this mode inside a broadcasting chain you can always guarantee a constant frequency optimized output even if the content of your audio changes a lot. http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-yoUkX793814/TuEl8Vh1DgI/AAAAAAAAC0M/nIVCg5QbP9w/s1600/Screen+shot+2011-12-08+at+1.59.54+PM.png
